Make two columns first is of before the presentation and another one is after the presentation.
Under the before column, you can write down everything that you think your audience knows before the presentation. In the after column know everything that you want your audience to retain from your presentation from here bridge the after and before by creating a middle column this will be the content of your presentation. Standing and speaking in front of the audience can prove physically difficult especially if you are not used to it. They give energy to you to speak in public. Don't try to eliminate your stress because it gives an advantage to you in your public speaking.
Try to stretch your body before presentation and warm your vocal through vocal exercises. Remember about the first sentence before going to stage.
Another very common stress symptoms is our dry mouth. Don't forget to hydrate our body and if possible bottle should be nearer to stage whenever you feel dry mouth so you can drink water. Don't do this process again and again. Most of the focus should be on your presentation.
Don't forget to occupy a place on stage. And try to walk on stage during the presentation.
Use a microphone when needed. In a small room try to speak without a microphone with loudly speaking. Your voice should be audible for all of the audience.
Memory lapses are a very common problem during a professional presentation. When you would suffer from memory lapse. The audience will not wait for you. They are also human beings like you. At that time try to take a deep breath and tell whatever which is related to our presentation. The prevention of this problem is to focus on the preparation of our presentation.
During the presentation look into the audience. Speak loudly and clearly.
And your presentation should be in the time limit. Faith on yourself you are the right person for this job.
